Equinix raises its 2026 and long-term outlook after a $2.6 billion quarter

Equinix reported second-quarter revenue of $2.625 billion on 29 July, said monthly recurring revenue grew 11%, and raised its 2026 revenue guidance.

On 29 July 2026 Equinix reported second-quarter revenues of $2.625 billion, up 16%, including one-time xScale fees, with monthly recurring revenue up 11% year over year and annualized gross bookings of $424 million. Its CEO said Equinix is positioned to serve the networking, cloud and AI infrastructure needs of enterprises. It raised full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $10.205 billion to $10.285 billion and raised its 2027 to 2029 outlook for total revenue growth to 10% to 13% a year, from 7% to 10%. We file this because it is a company-reported result with hard figures. How we read it: Equinix says demand and bookings are stronger, though the quarter includes one-time fees and the outlook is a forecast. What would change this: a guidance cut or weaker bookings. Why it matters to you: it shows companies that rent out data-center space expect demand to stay strong for years.

What this doesn't prove

Company-reported figures and outlook. Revenue includes one-time xScale fees, bookings are Equinix's own measure, and the outlook excludes future acquisitions.
