Foxconn posts record quarterly revenue and expects AI rack shipments to more than double

Foxconn reported record second-quarter revenue of NT$2.53 trillion on 12 August and expects AI rack shipments to more than double this year.

On 12 August 2026, Hon Hai (Foxconn) reported second-quarter revenue of NT$2.53 trillion, up 41% on year, and net profit of NT$60 billion, up 35%. The release reports rotating CEO Michael Chiang as saying the group is seeing sustained volume growth in AI server racks as cloud providers expand spending, and the release says that with Vera Rubin racks entering mass production in the third quarter, AI server rack revenue is expected to rise quarter on quarter and full-year AI rack shipments are expected to more than double. We file this because it is a company-reported result with hard figures. How we read it: Foxconn says AI rack demand is strong, but the shipment outlook is a forecast in its release. What would change this: a cut to the outlook or slower shipments. Why it matters to you: it shows a major electronics maker expects to build far more of the racks that run AI.
