Nanya, a Taiwanese DRAM maker, reported third-quarter revenue of NT$133.6 billion and said it will add capacity around customers' AI projects.

On 12 October 2026 Nanya Technology, a Taiwanese memory maker, reported third-quarter revenue of NT$133.649 billion, up 61.9% from the second quarter, with a gross margin of 85.7%. Prices rose by more than 60% while bit shipments fell. The company said AI infrastructure-related business is more than 20% of revenue and that new capacity will mainly follow customers' AI projects under long-term agreements.

Why we file it. A memory maker links its profit and next factory to AI demand.

How we read it. The jump is mostly price, not volume.

Why it matters to you: AI servers soak up memory chips, which keeps prices high.

What this doesn't prove

Company figures, unaudited: the gain is mostly price, with shipments down. The AI share is given only as more than 20%.
