Supermicro reports $39.1 billion in yearly sales and a $65 billion to $72 billion outlook

Supermicro reported $39.1 billion of fiscal 2026 sales on 11 August and guided fiscal 2027 sales to $65 billion to $72 billion. Its 31 August 10-K matches.

On 11 August 2026, Supermicro reported net sales of $11.1 billion for its fiscal fourth quarter and $39.1 billion for fiscal 2026, and said it expects fiscal 2027 net sales of $65.0 billion to $72.0 billion. Its chief executive said Supermicro generated more than $60 billion in new orders in the past year and booked record backlog. As of 11 August the release called the results unaudited and preliminary and said the Board's independent review of export-control transactions could affect forecasts and results. On 20 August Supermicro said that review was complete and, in its words, did not find evidence that current senior management knew of the alleged diversion scheme. Its annual report filed 31 August shows fiscal 2026 net sales of $39.1 billion. We file this because it is a company-reported result with hard figures. How we read it: Supermicro says AI server demand is large, and its annual report matches the full-year sales. The fiscal 2027 range is guidance. What would change this: a guidance cut or restated results. Why it matters to you: it shows how much customers are spending on the servers that run AI.

What this doesn't prove

As of 11 August the release called the figures unaudited and preliminary. Supermicro said on 20 August that the Board review was complete (a company statement), and its 31 August annual report matches the full-year sales figure. Orders and backlog are Supermicro's own measures. The fiscal 2027 range is guidance.
