WhiteFiber says it signed more than $540 million of new cloud agreements as its NC-1 campus starts billing
WhiteFiber said on 12 August it signed over $540 million of cloud deals and began NC-1 billing. Revenue includes $12.3M tied to a customer termination.
On 12 August 2026 WhiteFiber, a self-described leading provider of AI infrastructure, reported second-quarter revenue of $28.8 million including about $12.3 million tied to a previously disclosed customer termination, and a net loss of $15.0 million against $8.8 million. Since May it signed multi-year cloud agreements worth more than $540 million over their initial terms, including a Paris-region deal above $160 million (ready-for-service targeted for 30 September 2026), a Prime Intellect deal of about $108 million in Canada (service targeted for the second quarter of 2027) and an Iceland deal of about $87.5 million. Initial billing has begun at NC-1, with full billing on 40 megawatts of contracted IT load expected later in August. We file this because the contracts are for NVIDIA GPU cloud capacity. How we read it: customers are signing multi-year GPU deals. What would change this: delayed starts. Why it matters to you: it shows smaller AI infrastructure builders signing customers.
